WULING CHEF: INFUSION & GARDEN RECIPES
Table of Contents
The Supply: Wuling Super Chef event paces its 7 supply tasks through staggered cooking stages. Five recipe stages are confirmed and live.
- Stage 1 — Fortifying Infusion: 8 Redjade Ginseng + 8 Jincao Powder
- Stage 2 — Garden Prowess: Garden Fried Rice, 8 Amber Rice + 8 Yazhen Powder
- Stage 3 — Wholesome Ginseng: Ginseng Meat Stew, 9 Redjade Ginseng + 4 Fillet (recipe unlocks at 50 Redjade Ginseng held)
- Stage 4 — Novel Fried Rice: 8 Amber Rice + 4 Fillet (recipe unlocks at 50 Amber Rice held)
- Stage 5 — Basic Dish: By the Garden Stir Fry — recipe sold by Ju Mei in Fangxing Avenue, mirroring the Stage 4 vendor bypass
This guide is the canonical reference for all five stages — what each recipe asks for, where to gather the ingredients in Wuling, where to farm Tuskbeasts for Fillet, and the single farming route that clears every stage in one sweep.

Fortifying Infusion — Stage 1’s Wuling restorative, crafted from Redjade Ginseng and Jincao Powder
TL;DR — Key Points
- Stage 1 (Fortifying Infusion): 8x Redjade Ginseng + 8x Jincao Powder per craft
- Stage 2 (Garden Prowess): 8x Amber Rice + 8x Yazhen Powder per craft of Garden Fried Rice
- Stage 3 (Wholesome Ginseng): 9x Redjade Ginseng + 4x Fillet per craft of Ginseng Meat Stew — recipe unlocks once you’ve held 50 Redjade Ginseng
- Stage 4 (Novel Fried Rice): 8x Amber Rice + 4x Fillet per craft — recipe unlocks once you’ve held 50 Amber Rice
- Stage 5 (Basic Dish — By the Garden Stir Fry): recipe sold by Ju Mei in Fangxing Avenue (same vendor as Stage 4); per-craft ingredient list pending in-game confirmation
- Skip the 50-Ginseng grind: a vendor on Fang Xing Avenue in Wuling City sells the Ginseng Meat Stew recipe outright — buy it once to bypass the unlock gate (video walkthrough by Narcana)
- Skip the 50-Amber-Rice grind: vendor Ju Mei sells the Novel Fried Rice recipe directly — buy it once to bypass the Stage 4 unlock gate (video walkthrough)
- Fillet drops from Tuskbeast family: Wild Tuskbeast, Elite Ripptusk, and Bonekrusher Ripptusk (chance drop on each kill)
- All four formulas auto-unlock in the Crafting Manual once you hold the listed materials (Stage 3 gates on 50 Ginseng, Stage 4 gates on 50 Amber Rice) — no quests needed
- Markerstone is the highest-ROI region — Redjade Ginseng, Jincao plants, AND Amber Rice all spawn there
- Test Area carries both Redjade Ginseng (Stage 1) and Amber Rice (Stage 2) — second-best dual-purpose region
- Yazhen (for Yazhen Powder) is one of the most abundant Wuling gathering plants — picked up incidentally on any route
- Eco-Farm shortcut: both Redjade Ginseng and Amber Rice are plantable crops — farm Ginseng aggressively to hit the 50-unit Stage 3 unlock
- Live filter: use the Endfield Hub interactive map to search for live node positions by resource name and to plot Tuskbeast spawn locations
Stage 1 — Fortifying Infusion
Fortifying Infusion is a Wuling-region consumable brewed from the same agricultural inputs that drive the early Wuling Super Chef supply tasks. In-field it acts as a restorative; during the event window it’s also the submission Stage 1 accepts — every Infusion you craft pulls double duty as both a battle item and event currency.
If the recipe doesn’t show up in your Crafting Manual yet, that’s normal: Endfield’s formula system back-fills the recipe once you’ve held the required materials, so you only need to gather, not quest.
The Recipe
| Ingredient | Quantity | Primary Source |
|---|---|---|
| Redjade Ginseng | 8 | Wuling gathering nodes (4 regions) or Eco-Farm |
| Jincao Powder | 8 | Refined from Jincao plants gathered in Markerstone, Wuling |
Where to Find Redjade Ginseng
Redjade Ginseng nodes are mapped across four Wuling regions. The screenshots below show confirmed cluster locations. Each region’s mini-map view marks the gathering points relative to nearby fast-travel beacons.
Jingyu

Redjade Ginseng cluster in Jingyu — pin-marked nodes group around the central waterway
Jingyu’s Redjade Ginseng nodes cluster along the riverside. This is a quieter zone with fewer hostile encounters, making it a good first sweep if you’re farming on a fresh server reset.
Markerstone, Wuling

Markerstone — the highest-value region: Redjade Ginseng, Jincao plants, AND Stage 2’s Amber Rice all share this area
Markerstone is the triple-purpose region for the event. Redjade Ginseng, Jincao plants (refined into Jincao Powder), and Amber Rice (Stage 2) all spawn here, so you can clear ingredients for both stages in a single pass without backtracking. Prioritize this region if you’re optimizing for time.
Qingbo

Qingbo — secondary Redjade Ginseng region, useful when Markerstone is depleted between resets
Qingbo’s Redjade Ginseng nodes are spread more thinly than Markerstone’s. Treat this as your supplementary stop once Markerstone’s nodes have been picked over.
Test Area

Test Area — newest Redjade Ginseng nodes following the May 14 Wuling expansion; also carries Stage 2’s Amber Rice
The Test Area is the newest Wuling pocket and joined the Redjade Ginseng pool with the May 14 update. It’s also the second region where Stage 2’s Amber Rice spawns, so a Test Area sweep covers both stages. If you’re already exploring it for Curious Use of Xiranite, pick up Ginseng and Amber Rice along the way.
Where to Find Jincao Powder
Jincao Powder is refined from Jincao plants, which spawn primarily in the Markerstone area of Wuling. The Markerstone screenshot above covers both Redjade Ginseng and Jincao plant locations.
For live, up-to-the-minute node positions and a search filter:
- Open the Endfield Hub interactive map
- Use the resource filter to search for Jincao or Redjade Ginseng
- Toggle node categories on/off to declutter the view
The interactive map is the canonical reference for node positions — if a screenshot here disagrees with the live map after a patch, trust the live map.
Stage 2 — Garden Prowess
Stage 2 unlocks the next morning at 04:00 server time following Stage 1 and asks you to submit Garden Fried Rice. The recipe is built on Amber Rice (Wuling’s plantable staple grain) and Yazhen Powder (refined from the abundant Yazhen plant). Both ingredients live in Wuling, so the Stage 1 farming route extends cleanly into Stage 2 without leaving the region.

Garden Fried Rice — the Stage 2 submission for Wuling Super Chef
The Recipe
| Ingredient | Quantity | Primary Source |
|---|---|---|
| Amber Rice | 8 | Wuling gathering nodes (Markerstone, Test Area) or Eco-Farm |
| Yazhen Powder | 8 | Refined from Yazhen — widely available across Wuling |
As with Stage 1, the recipe auto-unlocks in the Crafting Manual once you hold the listed materials. There’s no separate questline.
Where to Find Amber Rice
Amber Rice nodes are confirmed in two Wuling regions: Markerstone and the Test Area. Both regions overlap with Stage 1 Redjade Ginseng territory, which is why a combined Wuling sweep is the optimal play.
Markerstone, Wuling

Amber Rice in Markerstone — same trip that picks up Stage 1’s Redjade Ginseng and Jincao plants
Markerstone is the densest Amber Rice region and the single highest-ROI stop for the entire event. One Markerstone sweep can plausibly cover most of both stages’ raw ingredient needs.
Test Area

Amber Rice in the Test Area — combines cleanly with Stage 1’s Test Area Redjade Ginseng pickup
The Test Area is the second Amber Rice region. If you’re already detouring there for Stage 1 Redjade Ginseng (or for Curious Use of Xiranite), clear Amber Rice nodes in the same loop.
Where to Find Yazhen Powder
Yazhen Powder is refined from Yazhen, one of the most abundant Wuling gathering plants. Yazhen spawns densely across virtually every Wuling region — you’ll typically pick up enough Yazhen incidentally during a normal farming route without needing a dedicated trip.
For live, region-by-region Yazhen positions, use the interactive map and filter on Yazhen. The conversion ratio Yazhen → Yazhen Powder is shown in your Crafting Manual; check the in-game ratio on your account before refining a full stack.
Eco-Farm Note
Like Redjade Ginseng, Amber Rice is also one of the plantable Eco-Farm crops (per the parent event guide). If you seeded your AIC Eco-Farm with Amber Rice before the event opened, your harvest pipeline alone may carry most of Stage 2’s grain requirement — leaving the field trips for Yazhen and Jincao gathering.
Stage 3 — Wholesome Ginseng
Stage 3 introduces the event’s first combat-gated recipe: Ginseng Meat Stew. Where Stages 1 and 2 were pure gathering loops, Stage 3 mixes Wuling plant farming with a Tuskbeast hunt for fresh Fillet.
It’s also the first stage with an explicit unlock gate — the recipe doesn’t appear in your Crafting Manual until you’ve held 50 Redjade Ginseng in total. If you over-farmed Ginseng during Stage 1 or seeded your Eco-Farm aggressively, you’ve likely already cleared this threshold; otherwise plan a top-up sweep before Stage 3 opens.

Ginseng Meat Stew — the Stage 3 Wholesome Ginseng submission, combining Wuling’s hero plant with Tuskbeast Fillet
The Recipe
| Ingredient | Quantity | Primary Source |
|---|---|---|
| Redjade Ginseng | 9 | Wuling gathering nodes (4 regions) or Eco-Farm — see Stage 1 maps above |
| Fillet | 4 | Chance drop from Wild Tuskbeast, Elite Ripptusk, and Bonekrusher Ripptusk |
Unlock gate: the Ginseng Meat Stew recipe only appears in your Crafting Manual once you’ve held 50 Redjade Ginseng cumulatively. The counter tracks lifetime acquisition, not current inventory — Ginseng you’ve already crafted into Fortifying Infusion still counts.
Where to Find Redjade Ginseng
Redjade Ginseng for Stage 3 comes from the same Wuling node pool covered in Stage 1 above — Jingyu, Markerstone, Qingbo, and the Test Area. If you ran Stage 1’s farming route, you’ve likely already cleared the 50-unit unlock gate; if not, prioritize Markerstone for a fast top-up since its nodes are the densest in Wuling.
Eco-Farm alternative: Redjade Ginseng is plantable in the AIC Eco-Farm. If you’d rather not re-sweep the gathering loop, queue a Ginseng batch and let passive harvest cover Stage 3’s 9-unit cost while you focus on the Tuskbeast hunt. This is the lowest-friction path if you’ve already cleared the 50-unit unlock from earlier stages.
Where to Find Fillet — Tuskbeast Locations
Fillet is a chance drop from the Tuskbeast enemy family. Three confirmed sources:
- Wild Tuskbeast — standard mob spawn, the bread-and-butter farm target
- Elite Ripptusk — elite variant with a higher Fillet drop weight per kill
- Bonekrusher Ripptusk — named mini-boss variant; rarer encounter but stronger drop odds
Because Fillet is RNG-gated, the smart play is to clear every Tuskbeast spawn on a known route rather than camping a single elite — variance smooths out across a larger kill count.

Tuskbeast spawn cluster — work this loop to farm Fillet drops from Wild Tuskbeast, Elite Ripptusk, and Bonekrusher Ripptusk
For the live, filter-able view of every confirmed Tuskbeast spawn — including respawn-friendly elite locations — open the Endfield Hub interactive map and search the Combat category for Tuskbeast, Ripptusk, Elite Ripptusk, or Bonekrusher Ripptusk. You can toggle the Mobs and Bosses filters on the sidebar to declutter the view down to only the spawns relevant for Fillet farming.
The interactive map is also the fastest way to plan a combined Stage 3 loop: filter on Redjade Ginseng alongside Tuskbeast spawns to see which gathering zones overlap with the best hunt grounds, then route accordingly.
Vendor Alternative — Buy the Recipe at Fang Xing Avenue
If you don’t want to farm your way to the 50-Redjade-Ginseng unlock, there’s a faster path: a vendor on Fang Xing Avenue in Wuling City sells the Ginseng Meat Stew recipe directly. Purchase it once and the formula appears in your Crafting Manual immediately — no cumulative Ginseng threshold required. This is the cleanest option for players who didn’t over-farm during Stages 1 and 2, or for anyone who’d rather skip the grind toward an arbitrary unlock counter.
Note the trade-off: the vendor only sells the recipe, not the cooked dish or its components. You still need 9 Redjade Ginseng + 4 Fillet per craft — the vendor purchase only removes the unlock gate, not the per-craft ingredient cost.
For the exact price, currency, and any stock or refresh cap on the recipe, see the community walkthrough via Narcana on YouTube, which shows the vendor’s storefront on Fang Xing Avenue and the purchase flow in-game.
Eco-Farm Note
Stage 3’s plant component (Redjade Ginseng) is the same Eco-Farm-plantable crop you’ve been managing since Stage 1. If you’ve been seeding Ginseng batches consistently, your Eco-Farm pipeline can cover the 9 Ginseng per craft entirely — leaving Tuskbeast hunts as the only field activity required for Stage 3. The Fillet half of the recipe has no Eco-Farm shortcut: you have to hunt for it.
Stage 4 — Novel Fried Rice
Stage 4 closes the chef arc with Novel Fried Rice — a recipe that recycles ingredients you’ve already been farming, so there’s no new gathering route to scout.
It does, however, introduce its own unlock gate: the recipe only appears in your Crafting Manual once you’ve held 50 Amber Rice cumulatively. If you over-farmed Amber Rice during Stage 2 or seeded your Eco-Farm aggressively, you’ve likely already cleared this threshold; otherwise plan a top-up Markerstone/Test Area sweep before Stage 4 opens.

Novel Fried Rice — the Stage 4 submission, combining Wuling’s plantable grain with Tuskbeast Fillet
The Recipe
| Ingredient | Quantity | Primary Source |
|---|---|---|
| Amber Rice | 8 | Wuling gathering nodes (Markerstone, Test Area) or Eco-Farm — see Stage 2 maps above |
| Fillet | 4 | Chance drop from Wild Tuskbeast, Elite Ripptusk, and Bonekrusher Ripptusk — see Stage 3 spawn map |
Unlock gate: the Novel Fried Rice recipe only appears in your Crafting Manual once you’ve held 50 Amber Rice cumulatively. The counter tracks lifetime acquisition, not current inventory — Amber Rice you’ve already crafted into Garden Fried Rice still counts toward the gate.
Where to Find Amber Rice
Amber Rice for Stage 4 comes from the same Wuling node pool covered in Stage 2 above — Markerstone and the Test Area. If you ran Stage 2’s farming route at all aggressively, you’ve likely already cleared the 50-unit unlock gate; if not, prioritize Markerstone for a fast top-up since its nodes are the densest in Wuling.
The Test Area’s Amber Rice nodes also extend into the Integrated R&D Area pocket — useful as a secondary clearing zone once Markerstone is depleted between resets.

Integrated R&D Area (Test Area) — additional Amber Rice nodes for the Stage 4 top-up; combines cleanly with the Stage 2 Test Area route
For live, filter-able node positions, open the Endfield Hub interactive map and search the resource filter for Amber Rice. Toggle the Gathering category to declutter the view down to only the relevant pickup nodes.
Eco-Farm alternative: Amber Rice is plantable in the AIC Eco-Farm. If you’d rather not re-sweep the gathering loop, queue an Amber Rice batch and let passive harvest cover Stage 4’s 8-unit cost — same setup that carried Stage 2.
Vendor Alternative — Buy the Recipe from Ju Mei
As with Stage 3, the 50-Amber-Rice unlock gate can be skipped entirely via a vendor purchase. Ju Mei — a vendor on Fangxing Avenue in Wuling City — sells the Novel Fried Rice recipe directly. Buy it once and the formula appears in your Crafting Manual immediately, no cumulative Amber Rice threshold required. This is the cleanest option for players who didn’t over-farm during Stage 2, or for anyone who’d rather sidestep the 50-unit grind.
Note the trade-off: the vendor only sells the recipe, not the cooked dish or its components. You still need 8 Amber Rice + 4 Fillet per craft — the vendor purchase only removes the unlock gate, not the per-craft ingredient cost.
For Ju Mei’s exact location, price, and purchase flow, see the community walkthrough on YouTube, which shows the vendor’s storefront and the recipe purchase in-game.
Ju Mei also stocks the By the Garden Stir Fry recipe for Stage 5 — one stop covers both bypasses.
Where to Find Fillet
Fillet for Stage 4 comes from the same Tuskbeast loop covered in Stage 3 above — Wild Tuskbeast, Elite Ripptusk, and Bonekrusher Ripptusk. If you over-cleared during Stage 3 (the recommended play, since Fillet is RNG-gated), you may already have the 4-unit stack on hand.
For the live Tuskbeast spawn view, open the Endfield Hub interactive map and search the Combat category for Tuskbeast, Ripptusk, Elite Ripptusk, or Bonekrusher Ripptusk.
Eco-Farm Note
Stage 4’s plant component (Amber Rice) is the same Eco-Farm-plantable crop you’ve been managing since Stage 2. A steady Amber Rice planting cadence will cover both Stage 2 and Stage 4 grain requirements while also accelerating the 50-Amber-Rice Stage 4 unlock in the background. The Fillet half of the recipe has no Eco-Farm shortcut — same as Stage 3, you have to hunt for it.
Stage 5 — Basic Dish
Stage 5 unlocks the next morning at 04:00 server time following Stage 4 and asks you to submit By the Garden Stir Fry — the event’s “basic dish” stage. Unlike Stages 3 and 4, the framing suggests no Fillet (Tuskbeast) component, so the Stage 5 farm should fold back into the same Wuling crop sweep that carried Stages 1 and 2.
Vendor Alternative — Buy the Recipe from Ju Mei
Mirroring the Stage 4 bypass, the recipe unlock for By the Garden Stir Fry can be skipped via vendor purchase. Ju Mei — the same Fangxing Avenue vendor in Wuling City who sells the Novel Fried Rice recipe (Stage 4) — also stocks the By the Garden Stir Fry recipe directly. Buy it once and the formula appears in your Crafting Manual immediately, no farming threshold required.
A single Fangxing Avenue trip to Ju Mei can clear both Stage 4 and Stage 5 recipe unlocks back-to-back — by far the lowest-friction path through the back half of the event.
As with the other vendor recipes, Ju Mei only sells the recipe, not the cooked dish or its components.
The Recipe
The exact ingredient list and any unlock gate for By the Garden Stir Fry will be confirmed once the stage is live. Based on the “basic dish” framing and the stir-fry name, expect a Wuling-crop composition (no Fillet component) — meaning Eco-Farm planting alone should cover the per-craft cost once unlocked.
Recommended Farming Route (covers all five stages)
Heads-up: both 50-unit unlock gates can be skipped via vendor purchase — the Fang Xing Avenue vendor in Wuling City sells the Ginseng Meat Stew recipe for Stage 3, and Ju Mei (Fangxing Avenue) sells both the Novel Fried Rice recipe for Stage 4 and the By the Garden Stir Fry recipe for Stage 5. If you’ve bought either, skip the corresponding top-up grind below.
For a single-session sweep that clears every stage’s ingredient needs:
- Start in Markerstone — the single richest stop. Clear Redjade Ginseng, Jincao plants, AND Amber Rice in one pass. This alone typically covers the bulk of all four crafts and contributes heavily toward both the 50-Ginseng Stage 3 unlock and the 50-Amber-Rice Stage 4 unlock.
- Roll into the Test Area (including the Integrated R&D Area pocket) — second dual-purpose region: Redjade Ginseng (Stages 1 & 3) + Amber Rice (Stages 2 & 4). If you’re already farming Xiranite here, fold this into that route.
- Detour to Qingbo — Redjade Ginseng top-up from the secondary cluster. Helpful if you’re still climbing toward the 50-unit Stage 3 unlock.
- Finish in Jingyu — quiet zone, low encounter friction, useful if you still need a few more Ginseng before refining.
- Yazhen — gather opportunistically on every leg of the route. Yazhen is abundant enough that an explicit detour is rarely needed.
- Run the Tuskbeast loop — use the interactive map to plot Wild Tuskbeast spawns plus any Elite Ripptusk or Bonekrusher Ripptusk on respawn. Clear the route enough to bank 8 Fillet (4 for Stage 3 + 4 for Stage 4). Since Fillet is a chance drop, expect variance — over-clear rather than under-clear.
- Refine Jincao plants → Jincao Powder and Yazhen → Yazhen Powder at your crafting station.
- Craft Fortifying Infusion, Garden Fried Rice, Ginseng Meat Stew, Novel Fried Rice, and By the Garden Stir Fry — formulas auto-unlock once their ingredient (and, for Stages 3 and 4, the 50-unit gating) conditions are met, or buy the Stage 3, 4, and 5 recipes from the Fangxing Avenue vendors to bypass entirely.
Tips
- Eco-Farm both grains aggressively — Redjade Ginseng (Stages 1 & 3) and Amber Rice (Stages 2 & 4) are both plantable Eco-Farm crops. Queue planting batches for both before you start any field gathering so your grain pipelines refill passively while you handle Jincao, Yazhen, and the Tuskbeast hunt manually. Heavy planting also accelerates the 50-unit Stage 3 (Ginseng) and Stage 4 (Amber Rice) unlocks.
- Markerstone is your highest-ROI region — three of the four event ingredient types (Redjade Ginseng, Jincao plants, Amber Rice) spawn in Markerstone. Always start farming sessions here.
- World-shard hop for fresh nodes — gathering nodes reset on instance changes for some players. If your party leader swaps shards or you re-enter the region after a delay, depleted nodes may respawn. The same trick can refresh Tuskbeast spawns for Fillet farming.
- Over-kill Tuskbeasts — Fillet is a chance drop, and Stages 3 + 4 together need 8 Fillet per single-craft cycle, so don’t camp a single elite hoping for a fast roll. Clear the entire Tuskbeast loop using the interactive map Combat filter; volume beats variance.
- Hit both 50-unit gates early — Stage 3’s recipe stays locked until you’ve held 50 Redjade Ginseng cumulatively, and Stage 4’s recipe stays locked until you’ve held 50 Amber Rice cumulatively. Stage 1 and Stage 2 farming usually clear these incidentally; if you’ve been relying entirely on Eco-Farm harvests, double-check both counters before Stages 3 and 4 open.
- Or skip the gates via vendor purchase — a Wuling City vendor on Fang Xing Avenue sells the Ginseng Meat Stew recipe outright (Stage 3 bypass), and Ju Mei on Fangxing Avenue sells both the Novel Fried Rice recipe (Stage 4 bypass) and the By the Garden Stir Fry recipe (Stage 5 bypass). Buy each once and the formula appears in your Crafting Manual immediately — no cumulative unlock threshold required. See the Stage 3 Vendor Alternative, Stage 4 Vendor Alternative, and Stage 5 subsections, or the walkthrough videos (Narcana for Fang Xing Avenue, video for Ju Mei) for the storefront locations.
- Stop in Fangxing Avenue early — Ju Mei is the single highest-leverage stop in Wuling City for this event. One visit clears both the Stage 4 and Stage 5 unlock gates back-to-back. Do this before the daily 04:00 server-time stage roll so each new stage opens with its recipe already in your Crafting Manual.
- Submit, don’t hoard — Fortifying Infusion, Garden Fried Rice, Ginseng Meat Stew, Novel Fried Rice, and By the Garden Stir Fry only count toward supply rewards if you submit them during the event window. Anything still in your bag at maintenance auto-converts to event currency per the event details.
