About these routes
Map routes in Arknights: Endfield are the optimized glide paths that connect zipline anchors, fast-travel beacons, and resource clusters across each open-world region. The maps below were drawn by experienced explorers who already cleared every chest, lore terminal, and jingo crystal in their zone — so the routes maximize total collectibles per minute rather than just raw travel speed.
Pick the route that matches your current goal. Power Plateau, The Hub, and Origin Lodespring are tuned for full-clear exploration of the launch regions. Wuling City, Aburrey Quarry, and the Jingyu route cover Version 1.1+ content and assume you have unlocked the regional zipline anchors via story progression. All routes work identically across world tiers — the only difference is enemy strength along the path.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these routes optimized for clear count or collectible count?
Both, but with different design priorities. The Power Plateau, The Hub, and Origin Lodespring routes are tuned for collectible sweeps — they hit every chest, jingo crystal, and lore terminal on a single uninterrupted glide loop. The Wuling and Aburrey Quarry routes lean toward clear count efficiency, prioritizing the fastest path between fast-travel beacons and major encounter clusters. If you are doing first-time exploration, follow the collectible routes; if you are farming Sanity-discounted activities or doing daily commission runs, use the clear-count paths.
How often do the meta routes change?
Substantively, only when Hypergryph adds new zipline anchors or unlocks a previously gated region. Version 1.1 added the Wuling City network, Version 1.2 expanded the Jingyu route, and patch hotfixes occasionally adjust anchor heights that affect optimal launch angles. Within a stable version, community routes rarely change because the underlying terrain is fixed. We re-test every route on the page when a major numbered version drops and update the Last Updated date — anything more than a month past the current patch should be assumed slightly out of date.
How does world tier interact with these routes?
World tier does not affect zipline anchor placement or traversal physics — the routes themselves are identical at every tier. What does change is the strength of patrol enemies and the rewards from chests along the route. At higher world tiers, expect more disruption from elite enemies near key chests, especially in Wuling City and Aburrey Quarry. You can still execute the same glide path, but you may need to disengage mid-route to clear an aggro before resuming. Consider running an exploration-focused team rather than your main combat team for chest sweeps.
What unlocks ziplines in each region?
Each zone has a primary unlock quest, usually tied to that region's story arc, plus secondary unlocks tied to discovering specific anchor points on the map. Power Plateau and The Hub are unlocked through the main story by the end of Chapter 1. Origin Lodespring opens after the Chapter 2 conclusion. Wuling City requires Version 1.1 progression. Some anchors inside each region need to be physically discovered (climb to the platform, interact with the terminal) before they become valid endpoints — if a route looks broken in-game, you likely have an anchor undiscovered.
Can I use these routes without watching the videos?
Yes — the map screenshots on this page mark every anchor and the recommended launch order with numbered overlays. For Power Plateau and Origin Lodespring, the static map is usually enough because the optimal path is mostly linear. For Wuling City and the Jingyu route, we strongly recommend pairing the static map with one of the community video walkthroughs since those routes include directional glide tricks (slingshot turns, ledge-grab transitions) that are difficult to describe in still images alone.
