I'm 29/32 chests for this area. I think this is the only area I haven't cleared just yet but I'm stuck looking for a way in. This is the door near where we found old lady Penny in quest. Can anyone help please?

There's a jump towards the right of that but you want to land not at the very top but midway. There's a ledge that leads to that inside area with a chest plus a panel to open the gate.
