Mi Fu is Captain of the Wuling Watch and a trusted subordinate of Viceroy Zhuang Fangyi, ranking second on the city's civilian combat leaderboard and twice winning its Vanguard Stars award. Though branded a traitor by Qingbo Stockade, she is regarded as the true heir of Qingbo Martial Arts and stood her ground against the Blight Tide without retreat. She is a strict but caring mentor who treasures both her rivals and her friends, including her childhood friend and rival Tangtang, and is seen as a hero to local children.
